Reduce space between costal margin and ASIS (usually can place 2 hands)
Liver ptosis
At rest, ribs are not in oblique but persistently in horizontal position
Reduce space between trachea and suprasternal notch (normally can insert 2 fingers)

I tak berapa sure, sebab delirium sangat just now, but I thought
1. During respiration, ribs is in horizontal rise ?
2. Reduced space between trachea and supersternal notch ? (Normally is 2 fingers)

rib is not oblique at rest, it is persistently horizontal.
